I recall a feat that humans can get that lets them have the powerful build ability like a goliath. So they can use large weapons at no penelty.
I also heard of a feat called monkey grip that lets you use one size larger weapons with no penelty.
1) I can't seem to find these feats in my books anyone know where to find them?
2)Would these stack thus allowing a human to use a huge weapon at no penelty? That seems a bit much IMO there has to be a point when it mattes little how powerful or skillful you are that a weapon is just too cumbersome to weild effectivly.

you may be thinking of Jotunbrund from Unaproachable East as well. i'm not sure exactly what it does, but i know it is a human regional bonus feat. i know people who make tripping builds use it to get a +4 bonus to trip attempts. This may be because it makes humans "larger."

Monkey Grip doesn't give you "no penalty" it gives you a -2 instead of -4. Like Wayne said, it is in the Complete Warrior.

as far as i know you can use both. So a jotunbroud human with monkey grip can use a huge spiked chain for example with only a -2

You may be interpreting the feat wrong then. As far as I know, the feat says something like "Treated as Large when a modifier based on size on an opposed roll. Also, considered Large when determining whether a monster's special attacks based on size affect character".
There's no mention of the ability to wield oversized weapons. It really only helps you for the purposes of grapple, bull rush, trip, and other size modifier bonuses.
