I didn't know there was one for weapons. I only know of the one for natural weapons in the back of the Monster Manual 3.5.

There's Monkey Grip from the Complete Warrior that lets you use a melee weapon one category larger at -2 penalty. This will do more damage.

I know of monkey grip. I have used it with previous characters and it is a great feat [:)]. I will just have to keep looking for that other feat.
