| Is this concept already listed in some book?
Basically, a quiver of 20 arrows (non-magical arrows) that replace themselves due to magic of quiver after they are removed.

| I'd run something comparable to the Bag of Endless Caltrops (Arms & Equipment Guide).
CL9, 2300gp. Free action to pull an arrow/knock an arrow. Always has enough arrows as needed (for example, if you have Rapid Shot/Many Shot you'd be pulling more than one arrow at a time).

| | The only official wizards item like this exists SOMEWHERE on their website. I believe it was refrencing a forgotten realms book. However, it gives costs for it producing magical arrows which can be a bit overpowering. I believe the +5 enchantment version pays for itself in less than 500 shots... and you choose the material at will to overcome dr... it shows up on the character optimization board from time to time. | |

| | Yah, our high level archers can send out 6 or 7 arrows a round. (Five with the normal BAB and rapid shot attacks, and 1 or two more with the hasted action (one of them has Many Shot (reduced to double shot in our campaign).) Thank goodness for Greater Magic Weapon Spells not to mention Keen. (We also play in a slightly modified 3.0 campaign (it started in 2002) so the Arrows and Bow enchantments stack! Ouch!!! A simple normal quiver would be empty in 3 rounds! Oh and WOE be to any Giant type that gets within PB range of the Ranger Archer (the one with the 7 shots possible!). | |
