| I'm using the Player's Guide to Eberron to create a document of common knowledge (items of knowledge where the Knowledge check DC is 10 or less) for my players. I'm using the "What Do You Know?" sidebars. Basically, this is just a handout, hopefully helping my players immerse themselves more fully in Eberron. (My intent is to allow players to add to it in areas in which they have actual ranks in applicable Knowledge skills.)
If anybody would like a copy of the document, please email me. Because I'm using a fair amount of text from the book, please include a photo of either you and the book, or of the book with a d20 (set to 20) on top. Fair Use probably applies, but I don't want to take any chances.
The document with likely be 12-14 pages long, in Word format. I'm about 50 percent done. | |

Back when I was a teen and had time to prep for games I used to kick off a new campaign by giving each player two sheets of common knowledge stuff - one customised by race, the other by class. The benefit of customising it like that was that different races or classes could have different - sometimes contradictory - views on things. | |
