No it hasn't started yet. Expect a few more months still. August? September? Somewhere around then I think (my magazines up a couple flights of stairs and I'm too lazy to go look). [:P]

Savage Tides runs from issue #139 to #150. It takes you from 1st to 20th level like the others.
