can i get a BAB progression say if i level into cleric at level 5 ... then all the way to 16 .. i want to know how to work it out so i get 4 attacks per round. thanks.

4 levels of fighter = BAB +4 16 level of cleric = BAB +12 Total BAB: +16 In other words, yes, you will gain your 4th attack per round when you take the 16th level of cleric.

Manyshot and bow of speed don't work together. Manyshot is a standard action, and the bow of speed grants an additional attack only when you use the full attack action.

You may want to consider four levels of Warpriest (Complete Divine) instead of Fighter. You don't get the three bonus fighter feats and have to meet the prereqs but you gain access to another Domain, keep your Turn-Undead at the highest level, and will gain TWO additional caster levels for a total BAB +16 and Caster Level 18.

Cleric 20 or ClericX/PrCX that adds up to cater level 20 and cast Divine Power- quicken it if needed or use Timestop via domain. Fighter BAB +20 hp +6 strength Level 4 spell players handbook. If you want to cheese it make it persistent via the Complete Divine and the Radient Servent of Pelor PrC.
