+6 strength, -2 dex,+2 con,-2 char
giant
large
30 ft speed
darkvision
+4 nat armor
auto languages: gaint and common bonus languages:draconic,gnoll,goblin,orc,abyssal
favored class barbarian
+2 level adjustment
thats the nuts and bolts no mention of racial hit dice.

| | Not a bad +2 LA all things considered. It doesn't loose it's value like some of them do as you go up in level. | |
