| My dream product has been announced! Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk D&D Adventure Jason Bulmahn, James Jacobs, Erik Mona
A Dungeons & Dragons super-adventure for characters of levels 8–13
Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk is a 224-page D&D super-adventure that revisits Castle Greyhawk and the classic dungeon beneath. This adventure is usable as a mini-campaign on its own, a story arc in a Dungeon Master’s regular campaign, or as a series of small side adventures with a big payoff. Like other adventures in the “Expedition” series, this product takes a classic Dungeons & Dragons location, updates it for D&D v.3.5, and incorporates many new twists and surprises. This adventure also includes useful source material for the players and a combat encounter format designed to make the DM’s job easier.
Item Code 109257200 Release Date August 2007 Format Hardcover Page Count 224 ISBN 978-0-7869-4358-6 Price $34.95; C$46.95
Guess what I'm getting next year? I think I have a goal for when the County of Ulek campaign finishes.
So very, very happy! | | Merric Blackman

| Wow, great news. A welcome addition to the line.
Is this Eric Mona's "secret project" I've been hearing about?

| | Awesome. The 2nd ed module, updated by the DM, was the first 3rd ed campaign I ever played in. We made so many mistakes but it was a blast. It'd be great to revisit if this is new enough not to have been spoiled by that first experience. | | Completed trades: blackthorne, Drakkengi,Thorgrin, Ironfist Boulderbender x2, ckissee, nasamonkey, Username, Star, Ace13 x3, emontedodger x2, Drconveyor, church, Joeyb, Sir Bozak The Damned, Xeromod, the other guy x2, Qucalion of Celene, Dagaron x2, berus316, qillan_dvra, AshloreDarkShadow

| It occurs to me that this was the campaign of starving PCs for our group (10th-level characters equpped like 3rd-level characters).
I'm hoping that when this got converted/updated the designers were polite enough to actually include treasure in the stupid tower of war. The only reason we even had the equipment of 3rd-level characters was making our own magic items (I was the Wizard/Item Creation Monkey) and snagging a Ring of Regeneration (semi-useful, but extremely expensive) from the Tower of Power.

| I missed the tower of war. We started in the tower of power since our DM had just run the former with another set of PCs. I'd be surprised if they didn't have treasure appropriate for PCs of that level. In fact, if it runs like other adventures, it'll be a little too much GP and XP and you'll probably have to slow level advancement a little to keep everything balanced. I'm still really looking forward to it, though.
There is one location I think in the Tower of Power, that made our game rediculous after we found it. It allowed us to basically go hog wild money wise, and if you played the original mod you might know what I'm talking about. I'm on the fence on whether I want it still in or I want it removed for balance reasons. | | Completed trades: blackthorne, Drakkengi,Thorgrin, Ironfist Boulderbender x2, ckissee, nasamonkey, Username, Star, Ace13 x3, emontedodger x2, Drconveyor, church, Joeyb, Sir Bozak The Damned, Xeromod, the other guy x2, Qucalion of Celene, Dagaron x2, berus316, qillan_dvra, AshloreDarkShadow

| | That sounds very good. Gonna have to give the DM a little nudge when we hit the approprate levels. Hopefully, he'll be able to fit it in, as we are playing Temple of Elemental Evil (slightly revised in case some of us have long memories) right now. | | Over 270 successful online DDM trades. | |

| This seems good news. Never played the older adventure modules but if this line is as Good as some of the other recent adventures from wizards then Its going to be worth the money. In my opinion though dungeon still has the greatest adventures and the adventure paths have been a stroke of genius. Just my 2 cents. Still looking forward to this. Ohh has anyone got Scourge of the Howling Horde yet? Is it any good? | | | |
