Hard Rules: 78 pts 3.5 D&D sources are allowed for character creation, but I WILL be reviewing character before you can play.
The campaign will take place from living greyhawk,  It exists in an Hell artificial demiplane with a static portal to the Infinite Staircase and a portal that regularly shifts between primes and other planar metropolises. No alignment restrictions - Your characters should have a largely cosmopolitan view by 20th level, especially as planewalkers(planar or prime). I do NOT favor intra-party subterfuge. You will work together ragardless of alignment, or expect to die very quickly
