Hi Everyone, This past weekend I sent a party into the Dragon Graveyard section of the Dragondown Grotto. Wow! There were two Cadaver Collectors in the Graveyard, plus four Specters, and two Skeletal Dragons. This seemed a bit tough for four 10th level characters. I almost killed off the party. I managed to let the Skeletal Dragons attract the attention of the Cadaver Collectors. This allowed the Cleric to get off some healing, otherwise it would have been a sad event for our heroes.� Anyone else out there either GM or play this module, or have some interesting experiences with Cadaver Collectors? It was gruesome! I had the parties Sorcerer alive and impaled on one of the Collectors, and the parties Psion/Thief alive impaled on the other; with both heading closer to death every turn. It will be a very memorable encouter. Thanks, Mazra

What figures did you use for the skeletal dragons?

Hi CollectorDave, The Skeletal Dragons in the module were Huge Blues, so I used my only Dracolich for one mini. It was actually perfect for the role, like the designers meant that figurine to be used in this situation. I brought out one of the Skeletal Dragons several rounds before the other. I used the Aspect of Bahamut as proxy for only a couple of rounds for the second Skeletal Dragon. By then the first Skeletal Dragon was killed off. The party had used their Aspect of Bahamut to hold off one of the Cadaver Collectors earlier in the fight, so the figurine was already out. We have not had an opportunity to get together and play the last part of the module, where there is a Socerer on a Black Dragon. (I can't wait to pull out that fig.) The party doesn't yet know that the Aspect of Bahamut egg works only once per week. However, they still have the Aspect of Tiamat. That should help them! Maybe the Sorcerer will succeed in bringing out the Dracolich. That actually may be tougher than the Cadaver Collectors. Later, Mazra

I was wondering if it was the dracolich. I was wondering if I would ever need more than one and guess the answer is yes. Let us know how the battle finishes out!
