| hi all. Im Brazilian, and i DMing a Eberron Campaing. It was a little difficult to convince my players to play this setting but they all agree to try. So we been playing for 8 months in a row (twice per month).
i want to share some of my adventures thoughts with you all, sorry for my poor english.
tha PC´s:
a Kalashtar - soulknife
a changeling - wizard
a psiforged - way before the class was created
a half orc - warlock/rogue - tharashk dragonmarked.
a human - artifice
a shifter - ranger
a dragonborn - paladin/marshall
in the first adventure i made a moisture with the forgoten forge and the Orson welles movie - the Stranger -
so Laine Kolpov from house Tharashk, she is daugther of a famous judge in the court, ask the players to investigate the desapearance of the "little man" who came asking for her fiancee. Her fiancee is Prof. Rankin, and he just came to sharn (year at most). He is a specialist in art and now a professor in the Morgrave institute. He is waiting for some art object to be delivered from Xendric. But the Docs are stoped, due to the revolting against the warforged menace in the work (no sleep, excellent for discharge or charge a ship. remember they dont need rest, they just become boring in do the same work, so just change them in turns).
the prof said he never meet with the little man who was looking for him, but arive at home late at the same night of the little man appearance.
So the party investigate and discovers a big plot.
Inside the art from Xendric was a part of a Schema (forgoten forge) and the Lord of Blade has send his minions to get this to him. when they finally found the subterranean of Sharn, they encounter the warforged and Prof Rankin. The prof. was discurssing about the regrow and reborn of Cyre to the captured investigator, also contracted by Lane Kolpov, as a Nazi German in the 2nd war.
Prof Rankin was a torturer in the war, and he was responsabile for the deaths of thousands in their magic chamber. He was sent to Karnath in a diplomatic mission when Cyre was destroyed. So he came to Breland under a new ID and and become engaged with a woman of a important family to gain credit.
when the pcs act the warforged kills the investigator and the professor. The pc´s attack and destroy him, taking the 1st part of the schema and giving it to the Kolpov Family.
this is just a big resume.
