Hi, I'm trying to make a new weapon that allows you to cast a spell 5 times per day, What spells would I have to cast, as it probably won't be sold, epesially with the spell. Also how do I figure out the base price of it? By the way, if it helps the spell is daze monster.

The wording of your question is vague. Please be more precise. Do you mean adding 5 charges/day to a weapon or do you mean an item with 5 charges/day?

Assuming the latter, here it is using the standard rules for item creation in the DMG, page 285.

Command Word item = 1800gp X Spell level X Caster level /5x (number of charges).

So 2nd level spell x minimum caster level 3 x 1800gp = 10800gp.

Divide by 5 = 2160gp x 5 (charges) = 10800gp.

Required Feats: Craft Wonderous Item
Spells Required: Daze Monster

This item could eat up virtually any item spot (except for ring unless you use the Forge Ring feat).

That's what I would say as wel, follow the DMG, or see what the Magic Item COmpendium says about creating magic items.

Off hand, and this is purely based off he spell, it seems so weak that it is not worth it to buy. You are talking about a 2nd level spell, so DC 13 Will save to avoid the effect. I wouldn't pay that much for an effect with that low a DC when for the same amount I could have a +2 equivalent weapon and money left over for something else. But then again, your mileage may vary and if you really want it go for it.
