I've looked through the spell lists over and over, but I can't find the spell.

When it hits someone, it makes their ears sensitive to even the slightest noise and they take damage from very loud noises or sonic attacks.
Disipline is the only way to overcome chaos.

Nevermind, I found it. It wasn't a spell at all. It was the Pipes of Pain in the DMG. No wonder it took me so long to find it, I was looking in the wrong book.
