| I need your experience on the D&D rules:
The permanent effect of the 3rd level cleric spell "blindness" could be cured with "dispel" or only the "remove blindness" ?

| Either spell works. The benefit of Remove Blindness is that you have no chance of failure. However, Dispel Magic can be used to remove any effect that has a duration of Permanent. It is only Instantaneous effects that can't be dispelled after the fact.
Another interesting tactic in this case is to use Resurgence, which gives the subject another chance to make the save for a continuing spell or supernatural effect (which this is) and is only a 1st level spell. | |
