1. related to bullywoogs?
2. whip a spellcaster or leader?
3. both bullywoogs and kuo-toas live in underdark? allies or enemies if no on 1

| 1) The above is correct, kuo toas have no relation to bullywugs.
2) Whips are clerics whoo worship Bildoolpoolp (sp?)
3) Bullywugs and kuo toas don't mix usually as their environments are totally different. Again, see above.
4) Depends on the source. According to Underdark (FR supplement), they have somewhat good relations with drow. According to MM, they hate each other. The Underdark (or Underoerth or whatever you call it) typically seems a place where each race doesn't really get along with others well. However, your world could be different.
