Anyone any good at writing a piece of code that extracts data from a website?

Check out this page.

The list on the left (not the frame, but the left side of the page itself) contains all the SRD monsters as links.  Click on one and you get the new stat block format of that monster.

The site isn't in English, but the monster stat blocks are.

Can anyone extract all of those onto one long Word document?
