Does anyone remember which Dungeon Magazine had an editorial where the author describes using "Hero Points" in his campaign? It is similar to the "Action Points" from Eberron & Unearthed Arcana books.

It may even have been from Dragon magazine.

Anyways, it had to have been from between 2002 & 2005. I haven't been able to find reference to it on Google or other searches. Though I remember lots of people discussing it on various message boards.
