| Hi all,
I have a player who wants to play a totemist (magic of incarnum). Any tips for a DM who has no idea what it entails and hasn't got spare cash for a copy of the book itself?
I read the following article:

But I still have no real inkling of what the class does,

I really don't like to limit the options of my players due to my own limitations actually. I liked the background and the idea behind the Incarnum magic.
I probably will end-up photocopying the few pages of the book with the class details.

D. Good idea. All I was saying was it's not a good idea to allow a class you know nothing about.
Even better: I just asked the player to photocopy it for me, it's her character after all.

| | Incarnum is good, I have not had too much in the way of problems. It's more on your player. Does he try to power-game? If he's your standard player, trying for power but not trying to Pun-pun it up, it'll be fine. | |

| first session played,, think everything 'll be cool. Player in question did not even use a soulmeld once, so no powerplayer if you get my drift. It's all about the playing experience with our group anyways,
