I did read your post. The way I read it seemed to imply that you expected there to be free shipping and were surprised that you couldn't find that option. Apologies for putting words into your mouth.
I don't live in the US so I don't know how common or uncommon free shipping is with purchases there. Personally I think that the Green Ronin sale is a great deal, even without free shipping. I am in Australia and the products I ordered cost me $37 in shipping alone. Despite that, I think that I am getting a really good deal.
