Undead Behir? Cool! Your party must be quite strong.
They're 9th level and have become really good at beating up on single big adversaries all at once. Barbarians charge, rogues use sneak attack, the wizard uses magic missle, and the cleric uses flame strike. They can knock down a 150hp critter very quickly. I'm curious to see what they'll do against a strong spellcaster surrounded by lots of minions. That's where it will get tough for them...
