If I'm not mistaken, unless specified, Abilities replaces your Action.
Then, a demon cannot teleport behind a character and attack him/cast a spell unless it has a quickened teleport or similar ready, can it?

| Correct, not on the same round... now, if it were a surprise round, then it won initiative, it could basically do so.

Special Abilities:
Extraordinary are free actions unless noted.
Spell-like are standard actions unless noted.
Supernatural are standard actions unless noted. | |
