| 15 May, D&D Minis @ the Bookery Fantasy (postponed to avoid conflicting with Mother's Day):
Format: 200 point constructed, Assault, 3 or 4 rounds Swiss (gotta get primed for the qualifiers)

As usual, this is DCI sanctioned. The only downside to that, now, is that you have to leave your Drider Sorcerers at home. [:(] | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X

| | This weekend, Oct 9th, 200 point constructed. Bring $3. There should be promo minis and tiles from the latest retailer kit for door prizes. With Underdark coming out soon, I'll push for gift certificates as prizes so the winners can save 'em for the new set of minis (or redeem them for something else on the spot). Time is 12:00 to 5:00, as usual, @ the Bookery Fantasy, in Fairborn. E-mail me for any additional info. Mark Brush is the tournament organizer for this one. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X | |

As soon as you decide on dates for your Underdark release please post it. I need to know ASAP since I live a busy life and the Holidays approach.

| Next tournament will be an Underdark release:
What: D&D Minis Limited - Underdark sealed, 200 points, assault format
Where: Bookery Fantasy, Fairborn, OH (www.bookeryfantasy.com)
When: November 5, 2005, 12:00 - 7:00 (depending on # of participants)
Entry: $25
Notes:
Each participant will receive 2 Underdark boosters on entry into the tournament. Prizes depend on participation, but there will be nearly 1 Underdark booster for every 2 participants. In addition, there will be door prizes from the November and some previous retailer kits.
Bring a battle map and terrain tiles, dice, materials for tracking damage/points scored/spells, etc.
The format is 200 points, so you can't use the Epic cards if you happen to pull Epic figures in your booster packs. You may still use the figure with the "nerfed" card, of course. We will still be using a 12 figure limit for this tournament.
Number of rounds depends on participation, but I anticipate 3 or 4 rounds of Swiss with a cut to a 4-person single elimination final.
Sealed has been a lot of fun in the past, so I highly recommend attending. You get a pretty good deal on a couple boosters from the new set with a chance to win some more. You'll also have a chance to do some trading the day after release. And the Bookery will give you 10% on your D&D Minis purchases on the day of the tournament. That's not a bad deal, when you factor in the store's stamp card, which amounts to another 13% discount (buy $200 worth of stuff and get $30 free stuff). (I realize I'm advertising for the store, but it's all good, if I can convince people to come play in my tournaments. [)] ) Hope to see all you Dayton, OH area folks there. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X
