The only other person I know of is ReverendA in Santa Barbara (2 hours away). He posted this thread in the Meetingplace forum... http://www.maxminis.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1519 There are several players in Southern CA and Northern CA, but I'm afraid that the central coast seems woefully under represented. Bakersfield has a DDM Meetup group, but unless there has been some seismic shifting of highways, it's a 3 hour drive... even though on the map it looks a lot closer. --sam

I think his girlfriend lives in Bakersfield, so that may provide incentive anyway. I'll direct him here, thanks. :)

I am said friend. I travel to wonderful Bakesfield fairly often, as my Girlfriend does live there. But I am also hoping to still find locals on the Coast that play. This can be San Luis Obispo - Atascadero - Santa Maria - even Santa Barbara on occasions. Any help would be greatly appreciaetd. Thanks for the info thus far. And the coast to Bako is only a 2 hour drive, not that that matters really.
