We should start asking some more questions. When do people expect to be on site if you've already made plans. We need to see when people are going to be around to plan the event...
Last year I came down EARLY on Friday, but my plans for this year are not yet finalized.

| | I am planning on being there all four days and have already put in my vacation days for Thursday and Friday. I think Saturday late afternoon or evening would work best for a maxminis tournament. I plan on participating in as many DDM events as I can. I can also supply multiple copies of the Fane map if needed as I did at Gen Con. | |
