You might try one of the following Yahoo Groups

florida-gamers (a general purpost gaming group with members across the state of Florida)
pou-discussion (RPGA discussion group for the state of Florida)

I can't guarantee that you'll find someone this way, but both groups have members in South Florida so it might help. I wish I was available, but I'm in Orlando.

By the way, I do come down to the Miramar/North Miami area for work every few months if you ever have a hankering to play skirmish.
