| Hello all!
Well, we didn't get a Pre-release (Or I guess, just a "Release") Event officially in Austin, but we are going to be busy for War Drums! All events will be held at the Dragon's Lair, 6111 Burnet Road. Here's the schedule:
March 2 (Thursday) is the Midnight Release Party! We'll start at around 9:30 with some skirmishing and trading. Then, at Midnight, the boosters and starters go on sale. Much ripping of boxes and frantic trading will ensue. We'll be having a raffle, where each booster and starter and case you buy gets you tickets. We'll be drawing for boosters, starters, minis, WoTC products, and the big prize, an Apocalypse Dragon from Mage Knight, to whet your appetite for Tiamat!
March 3 (Friday) I'll be sleeping through a faculty meeting, but that's none of your concern...
March 4 (Saturday) A number of Austinites will be heading up to Waco for the official release tourney.
March 5 (Sunday) We'll be having our own unofficial (but still fun!) War Drums tourney, starting at 1:30. Get a booster and a starter and put together a warband. The more people we get, the more prizes there will be, so come on out! I'll personally buy dinner for any maxmini maven from outside Austin that comes to the event!
