| He more or less got gunned down by that guy with the heavy blaster we were chasing.
There was a high speed speeder chase through the city and Nash heroicaly grapple-hooked the enemy speeder and I threw him over.
Unfortunatly some punk NPC came out of no where and Ricky Ticky was force to swerve our speeder out of the way to avoid the dark side point for running him down.
That cost us 5 rounds to catch up. And in that time Nash got ganged up on by the Tharian Karl or whatever and his goons. He escaped into a space transport but we managed to slip aboard before he took off.
We pretty much left it off there with Nash dead (dying) on the tarmac and use theying to get through the locked doors on the ship.
Although Doc Pepper was trailing behind. Perhaps his advanced medical techniques will be able to find a way to save our comrade Nash....

| The heros (less Doc and Nash) are on Krayles ship and he is trying to take off. Of course there is going to be a Thaerian ground speeder munched up when the landing ramp door closes on it. It should be interesting to say the least.
We simply ran to late to decently deal with this encounter. And I thought it'd only take an hour or so to get to the end. Curse me and my plot embellishments! | |

| I might make it but I have to go hme and get my minis first so if traffic is bad who knows. My stupid alarm didn't go off this morning and I didn't have time to get my minis ready to come with me. as it was I was half an hour late for work.

Surprises - Meepo is Lawful good, the last huge is a Displacer beast Pack Lord, the big unidentified dragon is Aspect of Tiamat, and there is a way cool chick mounted on a griffon, in a really strange pose. See y'all tonight. | |

I had some clear plastic promo Fire Elemental figs & posters to give away tonight. These were a one time only prize, and I used them as they showed up today to generate hype for WotDQ. Hopefully WOTC comes through with the retailer packs, or a reasonable facsimile soon.
Also, for those who weren't there, this month I am having a draw for a Players Handbook II. Each game played this month helps to get you tickets. If you win 3 games - you get 3 tickets. If you win 2 games - you get 2 tickets. If you win 1 game, or no games - you still get 1 ticket and a chance to win. You can get tickets at each Thursday and Saturday game. Play more, win more, and you have more chances to win. These tickets will go in a draw bin, and I will draw the winners name at the Pre-release event on June 2nd. | |

Last night I went 3-0 with a couple close matches that if they had gone another round I could have easily been 1-2. Go assault points! [:D]
My band was a Glabrezou, Hezrou, Vrock, Bugbear Champ of Erythnul, Orc Wardrummer, Cursed Spirit, Grick, Orc Warrior. Hellspike was the map of choice.

| Wow, have I really been that busy lately?
I focus on work for just a little while and all of a sudden there are 3 new pages to a brand new Winnipeg meeting place thread that I don't have a single post on yet.
Well here it is.
Sorry I haven't been able to make it out for gaming lately. Business is booming over here and though I don't have the time right now for skirmish, thankfully I do have the funding for this next set. Music to Scott's ears I'm sure.
ANyways, glad to see the Winnipeg gaming crew is still going strong. Keep it up guys and gals.

| well I won with a bunch of slaads. 2 blue one death plus fodder. the grab bags were good there was an extra 70 - 80 points in them which turned my war band into 298 points (summuon undead III gave me an extra 20 points.
With the bigger bands we still played first to 200 pts wins. the score for the final match was "Jay" 200pts "Garret" 190. yeah it was too close.
