CAT DIARY
DAY 752 - My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant.
DAY 761 - Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair...must try this on their bed.
DAY 762 - Slept all day so that I could annoy my captors with sleep depriving, incessant pleas for food at ungodly hours of the night.
DAY 765 - Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was...Hmmm. Not working according to plan.
DAY 768 - I am finally aware of how sadistic they are. For no good reason I was chosen for the water torture. This time however it included a burning foamy chemical called "shampoo." What sick minds could invent such a liquid. My only consolation is the piece of thumb still stuck between my teeth.
DAY 771 - There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the foul odor of the glass tubes they call "beer." More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.
DAY 774 - I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The Bird on the other hand has got to be an informant. He has mastered their frightful tongue. (something akin to mole speak) and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room his safety is assured. But I can wait; it is only a matter of time. | |

| Hello,
Has anyone else had problems accessing this thread in the past couple of days? Today especially I had to reload it multiple times to see what what written, let alone post anything.
No other threads here at maxminis seem to have the same problem for me, so I don't think it is the site itself.

Yeah, I dunno if I'm gonna be out tomorrow. I just can't find anything particular interesting. It's not enough points for 5 kords and a brass samurai, but it's too many points for a lot of the lower cost 20-40 pt figures.
Ah well, I'll likely be out anyway given that it should be the first chance to get the epic card and I should make sure to get one of those to add to my set of cards for the draft at D&D XP. | |

| Gith Dragon Knight the card is, and a reapinted Orc Wizard.
For Pack hunt on Thursday I'm adding a few rules:
1) Pack must be part of the original warband (not minions or summoned creatures).
2) Pack figure point cost must be 10% or more the cost of your warband (ie 350 points means 5 creatures of 35 point cost or more).
3) If your pack is defeated, then you are defeated.
As to this site, I always have problems loading it when the page count gets over 20. I think it is time to reset it again. I know there was some debate as to version 4.0 being not high enough, and that it should have been 7.0 or 8.0 even. How about version 2007a, and if need be it can go to 2007b, etc.... | |

Have you received in the Dungeon Tiles III yet? If not, when are you expecting them now?
Also, when is Dungeonscape expected?
Sounds like the league kits are in, so what does the Orc Wizard repaint look like? Is it any good?

| Dungeon Tiles III - release date is Feb 27th (YES - WOTC got it wrong on their website, they do not release in January, they release in February).
DungeonScape releases Feb13th, next week. I may have it in for that day or I may not. I am trying to coordinate getting some Underdark minis and am trying to ship them all at the same time. So That depends on WOTC. I may pick up some from a distributor and have them late next week if that is the case.
Orc Wizard looks fine, although I admit I haven't put them side by side yet.

| Only four people out for pack hunt tonight Jeff (Bluespawn Stormlizards x5, Inspired Lieutenant, Firegiant Forgepriest, Flemskull), Tom (Harmonium Guard x5, Solar, Kolyarut, Large Bronze Dragon), Norman (Demonic Gnoll Archer x5, Demonic Gnoll Priestess, Hill Giant Barbarian, Green Slaad), and myself.
I went 3-0 with my Greenfang Druid, Warden of the Wood, Dire Bears x5 and Gnome Trickster. Five Invisible Fearless Dire Bears pack quite a whallop. | | | |

| | Flying is okay but Invisibility ensured all Norman's archers didn't pick my bears apart as i crossed the Broken Demongate map. Not to mention allowing my bears to eat Tom's Solar before he could get a slaying arrow off. | | | |
