| I'll be here for league, of course!
I finally got an email regarding the Star Wars rlease event. It can be scheduled for April 11, 12, or 13. Unfortunately I'm away Judging at a beer competition that weekend.
Also: I need some imput on T-shirts for the SW Legacy of the Force release, and the Dungeons of Dread Pre-release. Logos, Catch phrases, and t-shirt colours. Or should we do something other than t-shirts for once (ball caps, hoodies, bandanas, aprons?). Post your ideas here, or come and see me. | |

How about purple shirts this time around? My ultimate team has purple and they are a nice purple.
Or maybe red with black, as it would sort of match the new colours of the boxes and new PHB. | |

We have a large (8 players, 1 DM) RPG group, which is waiting to get geared-up for 4e.
Hopefully Game Knight will offer the new D&D products at a competitive price.

Welcome to the boards new mystery member!
I've been googling images all afternoon and the new SW set has me stumped for what to put on a t-shirt. Sort of the same with D&D's new set also. Here are my ideas so far:
Dungeons of Dread Pre-release:
Beholder (new 4e, red shirt w/black, or red with black & gold)
Green Dragon (4e, maybe black shirt with green and/or white)
Red Dragon (4e like DMG cover, red with black and/or white)
I'm still open to suggestions here.
Legacy of the Force Release:
Star Destroyer (grey with black, or black with white/grey)
Death Star, drawing (black with white, or white with black)
Vader's head
Millenium Falcon
X-wing/Tie-fighter
This set is tough because it has no iconic imagry with it. It's the first set with no Vader in it. Luke Leia and Han are all old. Who the heck is Cade Skywalker? And we did Boba Fett last time. Darth Talon maybe (Twi'lek chic with a lightsaber)?

| You could play on tyler's idea, and have all 3 this time, before the war, after the war, after 4.0
Some of my ideas:
A nerfing monster with "Because wizards nerfs all"
A 4.0 beholder with "Thats right, now you dont have to run!"
A gnome (is there one in DoD?) with "grrr, I'm a monster!"
A demon with "I finally know what I'm supposed to do in combat!"
And you could always go for the "JUST SAY NO TO 4.0" with a gnome crying

| Ice Troll - The idea of the gnome is tempting, given my soft spot for gnomes...... However I am leaning towards one of the new dragons. I'll give a harder look at it today.
League was fun. I am looking forward to the demise of morale saves, as my predator booked it off the map in game 2 before even making an attack, and in game 3 as well. Sigh..... | |

They're revising the revisions? Until otherwise said it's best to consider them Beta versions to be subjected to the rigors of field play.
There are a few errors in those cards and likely a thing or two that'll eb corrected for game balance.

On the brighter side, my new baby daughter was born @ 6:05 pm on Sunday! Her name is Daphne Valentine Bailer, and Mom & I couldn't be happier!! Another future Star Wars/Godzilla fan!!

Thurs: DDM sanctioned 200 points.
Friday: Open gaming, or Dreamblade if there is interest. I have repaints to give away, and if there is 4 players or more I will reduce the price of boosters to $5 each if you'd like to run a booster draft. I may still even be able to sanction it. But post here if you're in or not.
Saturday: SWM 150 points snactioned. DDM league!

| how does the point system work for league i am trying to find out how I got 22 points I assume its from my Theme as I have lost half of my matches
and if so did I get 2 for my Wulfgar Drizzt Gwen theme?
I think I read
2 points win
1 point loss
4 points bonus for top spot
2 points bonus for 2nd spot
2 bonus points for a themed warband
1 bonus point for showing up
I think I have played in 5 of the 6 sessions I should have 22+ points
each session had 3 or more sets and I know I won a few sets but even if I lost them all it would give me 25 points minimum?
1 point per set for 3+ points per session +2 points for my theme making 5 points per session right?!? maybe I am missing somthing
or am i looking at the wrong write up? | |

Looking forward to league play tomorrow. I need to get a few wins under my belt in order to ensure I make the finals. Darn work schedule means I miss the session right before the finals.
Hmmm ... Maybe Richard will remain addicted to WoW tomorrow and not turn up.
