My question was purely rhetorical as i trust you implicitly.[:)] My comment about trading at Maxminis doesn't refer to you at all. I was only venting because of the issues i had with the trade mentioned in the above thread. Let me know when you are heading to gameknight and i'll head down to complete our trade. Thanks again.

| | yeah the 6 person "pod" was a little confuseing but woked out well, got two rares i needed and went 2 and 1. not a bad night at all. But i tell you, when you have to put your faith in those dice thing get intersting. i could not win initave one in the last game, and with a few diffrent rolls it could have been either a 3-0 or an 0-3 night. | |

| Well, Saturday was a no go. I was the only one there besides Bram.
I played one game against him and here's how it went.
I was sporting this:
Half-Feind Ogre x2
Ogre Ravager
Dreagloth
Teifling Captain
Orc Warrior
Bram was playing:
Large Silver Dragon
CoDA
City Guard
Whirling Steel Monk
It started out with one of my Half-Feinds using a Half-Feind Blight (The dragon saved and the monk failed). Then Bram hit my two half-fiends, orc and dreagloth with a para beath weapon (They all failed). My teifling and Ravager went after his wide open CoDA and city guard (They died pretty quick after the CoDA tried to move away from the Ravager taking a 30 dmg AOo).
Anyways, my Dreagloth made short work of the Monk after he, next round, got out of paralysis, then the round after he killed the monk with the help of the half fiend blight earlier.
His dragon killed one of my paralysed half-feinds. I then (Finally) saved the other half-feind out of paralysis. I next round had the Ravager, Half-feind Ogre, and Dreagloth beating down on the dragon.
Everyone got some hits in, my dreagloth died, my Half-feind Ogre got a 19 on blood rock doing 60 dmg (I have the feeling dragons are immune to critical hits), he got a 4 on his MC (barely saving), and my Ravager finished the dragon off.
All in all it was fun and for a couple of rounds with a DC 21 on a para save he had me on the ropes.
As you probably have noticed I left out some hits and misses, I am SO hungry right now and have pizza waiting, so I don't have the time and patience to do a detailed report.
Also, Beer Baron, I found my plastic bag of counters. It turns out Bram had found it at the pre-release and put his own counters in it. I gave him what seemed to be 3/4 of the counters and I took the Harbinger counters (Originally mine) and some others becuase I had some ones in there from the Underdark pre-release and the Anglefire pre-release.

| Shadowlord - now that i think of it, I may have given those to Bram when we were cleaning up that day. I thought your counters were the ones on the sheet, which is still downstairs. I'm glad you got them back though.
It is dissappointing that the second sanctioned Saturday tourney was cancelled. It was looking like we were going to be a go. If my December sanctioned Saturday tourney is bust, I will not sanction any more Saturday tourneys. I'll just stick with the Thursday tourneys, and maybe sanction 2 of them instead. | |

I know that I will not be able to attend any Saturdays before Christmas due to work commitments. Good luck getting people our for the sanctioning. I am trying to be at all Thursday sanctioned events, however. I like the concept, Saturdays are just bad for my gaming.

| I almost forgot to ask Beer Baron, what is the format for the next Thursday tourny. (I keep fogetting to pick up a schedual and an UnderDark poster)
EDIT: Also, does anyone have a Drow Wizard they'd be willing to trade? I have a couple of uncommons for trade. I need it for a band I'm working on.
I remeber I used to have one, traded it with a couple other uncommon and common minis for a Crow Shaman, traded that in to galaxy, ended up getting I think it was the Giant Praying mantis, got 2nd place with it at a 100 point tourny, traded that in to galaxy, ended up getting I think it was a Clay Golem, and still have that clay golem today.
So if you think about it, I traded a Drow Wizard and some uncommon/commons for a clay golem.
I'm really bored. I wouldn't write so much if I had some friends to play DDM with within walking distance. VASSAL is kinda sucky without winzip being able to open up 1-8-1 and let me see the UD minis I and my opponent are using. | |

Just run the web based one. I don't think I've ever unzipped anything. Also if you have windows XP, you don't need winzip. Just rightclick the zipped file and select "extract". | |

DJ Dodgy conceded.
He didn't even damage any of my figs (Not even the Man at Arms). The Gith Monk is an awsome fig. Works very well.
I eneded up with the stupidest item though: Melee weapon of inciting: []swift action: target gains Incited (save DC 17 negates); the use of this power must be declared before making an attack.
I have a monk as a LT. so he can't take it. and all I can think of now is giving it to Galneth. Oh well, I'll just trade it in next time I win.

It's simple really. Roads take priority so people can get onto campus. As for the parking lots, people park in the way of the plows. Makes it hard to clear out. [)]

| | The university has their own plows, they're not dependent on the city itself for plowing, so there's really no excuse for not having it done. And it's gonna be hard to do now, b/c people are getting stuck all over the parking lot so the plows will have a hard time plowing. | |
