| Thanks for the concern. My family and friends are accounted for. My minis should be safe if they aren't looted. Who would know to take them when there are perfectly good computers next to them.
Anyway, I am already experiencing D&D Miniatures withdrawals since we play almost weekly. So, I am going to try to hookup with some people here in Houston for a tournament. | |

| D&D Miniatures in Mandeville?
Would you guys, Crescent Hawk and Flint be able to make it to a tournament Saturday in Mandeville? There is a gamestore someplace and I'm sure they wouldn't mind us playing.

We would like to get everyone together to go play a tournament at Gamer's Conclave in Mandeville.
I haven't got confirmation that they can host us, but the only issues would be table availability and time constraints.
There is a 9pm curfew in St. Tammany, so we would have to quit at 8pm.
Let me know if you are available so I can build some warbands.

| Ok, Crescent and Flint, we are going to play at Gamer's Onclave on Saturday September 17th at 1pm. Try to get there early, they open at noon. We will play a 200point tournament.

| Sounds grate.... but it does not look good for me this Sat. Still reeling from the storm. I work for a co. that produces plastic bottles for a local water Co. Kentwood Springs and we are swamped. I havent had a day off sence the plant got power on the 4th of Sept.

| Now for upcoming tournaments:
We will hold another tournament at Gamer’s Conclave on October 1st at 1pm in Mandeville. If you need a ride from Metairie, let me know, I can carpool with a few people.
Let me know if you plan on making it.
Rising Phoenix has been out since the storm, they suffered some damage, but no answer on when they will re-open.

We will still play. Mandeville is fine after Rita. If you have friends that play D&D Miniatures with you bring them along, we will have extra warbands available or they can purchase some minis at the store.

Star Wars miniatures tournament at GameWorks in Baton Rouge http://www.gameworx.org @ 1pm.
I think it will cost about $40 to enter and you would be buying 2 Star Wars Universes Huge packs and Sealed limited 200 point squad.
D&D Miniatures tournament @ 4pm, 200 point constructed assault
Oct 22nd
Gamer's Conclave @ 1pm, D&D Miniatures 200 point constructed assault
Oct 29th
The Prerelease of Underdark set of D&D Miniatures, but the nearest tournament is 350+ miles to Panama City Florida. I plan on making the trek if we don't get an official tournament in the local area.

I'm glad your daughter enjoyed the tournament. We were a bit suprised by the turnout, but we all enjoyed the competition.
I don't know if you saw, but you were 4th and your daughter was 7th.

The tournament will be sealed limited Underark 200pt Assault with Fane of Drow Maps or other maps. We will probably run 3 rounds of Swiss. $25 entry fee gets you two boosters and a chance to win store credit.
