Question, how won the dreamblade tournament?
I
was the winner in the Dreamblade tournament. Bach, Rob, and myself were
all ties with 5 points but I had the highest percentage largely due to
beating Rob in the 2nd round I imagine.
Still by my math Rob will be the top ranked player in the province with
33 points, Bach and myself chasing him with 30 points apiece.
In addition to the points you get for the games themselves comming in
first for an Edge event gives you 12 points, 2nd give you 8, 3-4 gives
you 4 points, 5-8 gives you 2, and 9th or lower place is an extra point.

| An Ekkyon Wayfarer which kinda sucked as I don't play Fear. So another mini for Bach's collection.
I grabbed another booster and snagged a Whirlwind Dervish as well as some nice uncommons and commons so that made up for it. | | | |

| The way we had set the Saturday's up is Star Wars minis is always at 10 AM with half of the events being sanctioned. Heroclix every other Saturday as well.
Then at 1 PM it's either a DDM theme game, 200 point Sanctioned DDM event run by myself, or a Dreamblade Edge Event (1 each month).
If you want to run the DDM event I was going to take in December I'm okay with that, I believe it was going to be the 16th of December. Perhaps the Star Wars Starships could go on one of the open Wedensday's or run along with one of the Star Wars minis games.
Another Dreamblade demo would be cool, I likes my free swag. How about Monsters Menace America for a Wedensday night, that looks interesting. | | | |

| The verdict for Thursday is that wizards screwed up and we didn't notice until it was too late to do anything about it.
The tournament will still be 100 pt constructed, triad format, but it won't be sanctioned. | |

| Rules for Triad can be found in the DDM DCI Floor Rules.
Round 1: Assault
Round 2: Assault + cave of pain (all melee and ranged attacks do +5 damage)
Round 3: Assault + bounty (all creatures are worth 5 extra victory points when killed unless they're kobold miners or something else with a beneath contempt ability) | |

| Buncha slackers not showing up for my tournament. I thought people would show up in droves knowing they wouldn't have to face me. I guess I'll stop worrying about scaring people away.
Four people showed up, Scott, Chris L, Jay, and David. Jay was the big winner going 3-0. They did an UD booster draft, and Jay snagged a Rikka for his efforts. | |

| Five people out for Dreamblade tonight, Nico, Rob, Chris Smythe, Richard, and myself.
Since the games we going fast and smooth we decided to play 5 rounds, giving us 4 games each with a by. Richard was the big winner on the night going 5-0.
Sadly Scott is out of Dreamblade boosters so we have to wait until he gets more stock to draft or prizes. | | | |

Nope I'm pretty sure that sucked
BTW I think you only rolled 12 damage and on 6 dice there is only a 3.2% chance of that happening or 1.45% if it was 13, and 6.36% of getting 11 damage which would have been enough to disrupt the scragglemaw.
I think I made the right choice moving him in there, and we should probably check your dice for illegal modifications

| Happy Monday!
I've requested a change in sanctioning format for DreamBlade Edge on the 27th, so we'll wait and see if it is a sealed game, or constructed.
This week:
Wednesday - Magic Demo with Rob M (A&A minis is cancelled)
Thursday - D&D Minis Epic 500 points sanctioned (retail kits should be in)
Friday - Friday Night Magic
Saturday - 10 am Dreamblade Edge event, sanctioned, and D&D minis 200 points constructed, sanctioned by Mike J.
I should be working on getting the schedule for Nov. & Dec. up soon. I'll post when I do.
