Who's comming out for Dreamblade and DDM on Saturday.
For the DDM tournament I'm offering a special bonus prize for each warband that doesn't contain a single "tier 1" figure. Meet that requirement with your warband and I'll buy you the pop or chocolate bar of your choice. | Yup, that is a pretty big list there, I've only left you with 574 other
minis that you can build a warband with. It's a sanctioned tournament
though so play the warbands you like.

| Crazy gaming down at GK today. All in all 10 rounds of minis were played.
5 people out to play Dreamblade this week, Nico, Rob, Bach, Richard and myself so of course we did it up round robin style again for 5 rounds of Dreamblade awesomeness. Both Bach and myself ended up going 3-1 plus a bye but he wins the tournament as he beat me in the first round.
We also had 5 people out for D&D minis, Nico, Scott, Tyler, Richard and Norman. Feeling a little wacky everyone decided to play 5 rounds of DDM. I the end Richard and Tyler were tied up at 3-1 each with a bye. Although mad props have to go to Norman for handing Richard his first loss in a 200 point sanctioned game in a good long while. | | | |

Sounds like an interesting afternoon overall. A NEW player beat Richard? When is he coming out on Thursdays?

Technically I won because of the alphabet. Physically Richard won because he beat me.
Stange bit of irony playing during that DDM tourny. I return after my much needed break, first round, I get the buy (sp?).
Second round, I'm facing Norman:
Map intiative, I roll a 1.
Side initiative, I roll a 1.
Initiative, I roll a 1.
2nd Initiative, I roll a 1.
Thankfully, the games, including that one, got better after that. Well except the one vs. Richard.
But I can happily say though, that my Fang Dragon turned one of his Deurgar Champs to a dried out husk  by hitting (And passing conceal) for a critical and blood drain. | |

| Speaking of odd dice events, in the dreamblade tournament I played rob and we'd rolled a 1 the previous round, which meant no spawn, but it also meant we had to spawn the next round. In the next round, it took Rob 5 tries to roll something other than a one. 4 1's and then a 3.
Next round I played Mike, and he did almost the same thing. 4 1's and then finally a 6. | |

| Took the Dreamblade Judge test again..... the questions were even tougher this time..... didn't pass.....
I did learn though that if you use Spellbound Scissors to satisfy an Appease ability they go into your graveyard, not your spawn pool as we had been playing it.

The Dreamblade Edge tournament from this Saturday is showing up as not recieved on the DCI site but my DDM tournament is recieved. Are we sure it was reported?
The sealed box tournament on Wedensday is not showing up as canceled. Also the Star Wars tournament from the 14th is delinquent. | | | |

This week:
Weds: A&A & ?!??!
Thurs: DDM 200 pts sanctioned
Fri: FNM, Dreamblade Edge
Saturday - oh what a day....I think it's time for a pre-releaaaassse! Yah!
10 am, I'll be opening early too. If you'd like to pre-register and prepay, I'll be doing that this week. I'll have to cap the game at 30 players maximum. Shouldn't be a problem, but preregister or come early just in case.
In other news - Gameday November 4th. The kits are here for that (including the Hellcat, Medium Copper Dragon, and Gargoyle figures). If you plan to come out for this, please let me know, as it helps me budget time blocks and DMs, etc...
And for this Wednesday, any ideas? Three Dragon Ante tourny maybe? Settlers of Catan? Betrayal at house on the Hill?

How many people are coming to the Baxar's War Tournament on Friday? I'm thinking I may end up going to that instead of the DDM if I schedule my 2nd EC game for Sunday instead of Friday.
