Argh! You could always kick everyone else out, close the shop, and play D&D while drinking as much beer as you like.

| Hello,
If Scott has Beer Club on the 10th, do we simply want to reschedule/postpone until the 17th? I think we are scheduled for the 17th anyways, correct?
Cheers

| Hello,
So, here is the Beer Baron's schedule from the Star Wars thread:
Jan 3 - Open Jan 10 - Beer club (off site, so room is open) and D&D (argh, decisions, decisions) Jan 17 - D&D Jan 24 - Open Jan 31 - D&D
I say, we let the Beer Baron drink beer on the 10th and simply pick up on the 17th so that everyone can be there and we don't have too many catch up issues, yes?
Cheers

| Don't cancel D&D on my account. Somebody els can play Twig & Berries for the night. I may opt out of beer club and fill my big slurpee cup full of lager for the D&D game.
I said to Lisa that I am doubled booked for D&D & Beer Club next Wednesday, and was wondering which was more important. She said D&D without hesitation. So, Im thinking about it.......
I could do both, and leave D&D a little early (beer club is from 7:30 onwards, and we don't always start on time. So I could do D&D from 5 to 7:30, and get to beer club for 8:00. | | "GameKnight Games and Cool Stuff Winnipeg's source for RPGs and minis!" www.gameknight.ca

Finish the module?
Nah, not possible. Don't you know that the Sunless Citadel is also the Endless Citadel?

| I am skipping pizza on wednesday so that i can afford to get my collector's edition of WoW: the burning crusade. Also for me at least what little momentum this campaign had has really dwindled over the break for x-mas. Hopefully you guys will finally push the rest of the way through the citadel this week so that it will be over and down with. Then i will get started on the demise of the group.
I was told today by a source that Scott was interested in sitting in the dm's chair again. The problem for him being that his sunday group is working on the shackled city, and they just hit lvl 10. So we were talking about maybe switching out the dm, letting scott sit in as you pick up a new memeber for the party. Twig will still be there as an NPC unless scott has him run off somewhere. Votes? Ideas? Anything you want to comment on it?? | | Knight of Ni Jay(Clerks 2) - would you "bleep" me?...i would "bleep" me...i would "bleep" me hard

| Are you getting tired of DMing or not enjoying it? That would be the only reason I can see making a switch being necessary.
The time off has sucked a little momentum away but we're scheduled to play 3 times this month and that should help. Then again is everyone is up for it maybe we should think about making it a weekly game again. Star Wars seems to be going nowhere lately.
My DMing battery has been rechared as well since running the previous three camapigns last year so I'm good to go as DM is a change is desired.

| Hello,
I am good for pizza this Wednesday, although I may be having a late lunch so we will see.
As to the campaign, I am looking forward to it and have been having fun. I see no need for a DM change, unless Bach is not having fun as the DM.
If we do want to change things around I am also up to DMing possibly, depending on what people want. That said, I am enjoying playing for the first time in years.
Oh well, I suppose we will talk tomorrow.
Cheers

| | well if everyone is fine with things the way they are then that is fine. i will keep going. just that i start to get bored when things start to drag on. If we pick up the pace a bit then it should work itself out. see you all there tonight. i will need a ride home from someone other than scott because he will be gone to the beer club. see you guys later. | | Knight of Ni Jay(Clerks 2) - would you "bleep" me?...i would "bleep" me...i would "bleep" me hard | |

Poor doggie.
Looking forward to having some time in town to relax, share a nice apple pie with Apples. Plus buying some healing magics.... must buy healing magics....

| Hello,
Yes, it was nice to get done. Too bad about Berries.
I am thinking the party needs to invest into a Wand of Cure Light Wounds, or maybe even Cure Moderate. Something I will look up for next week.
Also, 10 foot poles for all dungeon doors from now on.
And ranged weapons for everyone ...
And a magic club for Ughh.
I am sure I will come up with something else soon.
Cheers

| Hey all,
So, I am thinking that the Wand of Cure Light wounds is a given for us all for sure. Question is, can we scrounge the cash?
I was also looking at mounts and pets and hirelings to help us. I can afford a Guard Dog, 2 Mules and a Light Horse to help get all of our stuff around. Means we stop using Ugh as a pack mule and can carry more treasure and gear (like 10 foot poles, ammunition for bows, etc.).
What does everyone think?

| Wand of Cure light sounds like a good plan I'll throw in a share for it.

| well for your work in the name of your church they will offer you a sizeable discount and only charge you 500gp for the wand of cure light.
with the expansion to WoW coming out this week don't expect a whole lot of planned fun for wednesday night. i will try to work up some easy in town stuff for you to do since the city is the size of LA. should be lots of wrong doings to right. | | Knight of Ni Jay(Clerks 2) - would you "bleep" me?...i would "bleep" me...i would "bleep" me hard
