| Hey Guys,
Greta night tonight with six of us out.
As I said there, will be away from most of the month, but should make it in for the last Thursday (the 27th?). Keep the skirmishing strong in the interim.
It was great to have the prizes to share around. Thanks to Scott for hosting and changing the format after consultation. Hopefully the change in format will bring even more people out. If we can keep distributing tiles, etc., then I could see enve more people out.

Its just something that a bunch of the posters over on the WotC boards are debating, it looks good to me, there are a few that think it wouldn't help much, but I think it would make some of the almost playable figures better. | |

Yeah that d20 really had it in for you, it must have been mad that you hadn't played for so long or something.
I think Omand means the canceling of the chase the case, not a format change. doh guess I should have read ahead.
Last night was great fun, I hope we can get better turn outs like that more often.

Once we develop a good solid player base I could see another campaign style event with a more major prize at the end, but that will require time.

I had to buy a computer for my parents about nine months ago now. The house brand at Future Shop are reasonably priced and I have had no problems (in terms of fixing things) so far.

Well being a computer professional I built it myself, for a friends parents, got the parts at Computer Avenue on St. James.
The parts cost $500.46 including taxes but it might cost more depending on what you would want to do with it, this one is just to do email and download pictures from their digital camera.
AMD 2500+ about the same as a Pentium 4 2.5ghz some say better
256mb ram
80gb HD
64mb Geforce 4 video
52x CD Burner
If you want to play doom 3 or whatever other games are current it would cost more.

I go away for a few days and big news breaks out.
Ok, please confirm again when the pre-release will be. Saturday, July 16th, correct? Time I assume is 12:00 onwards?
If so, I may have to work a contract that weekend. I will know for sure in about 1 week's time. If no work, I will be out.

You mentioned over the phone that minis for this theme had to make up 70% of the build. You also stated that you could not exceed that amount, just wanted to make sure on that. Are you certain it's not MINIMUM 70% of your build must have wings? Otherwise Richards idea of 2x Couatl wouldn't work. | |
