Now in order for that to work someone would need to tell me where that is. I would be happy to check it out if we could resolve that issue.

I'll be there from 2 to 6. Drop by to hang out, I could probably use the company if things get slow.

Some nice runs tonight. A big thanks to everyone who came out for SM. We are gonna have to rock that one a couple more times, its a lot of fun. Not a bad run through BFD either, I hope everyone got what they needed and anyone who didn't feel free to give Aerick a shout and I will be happy to jump back in there with you guys.

Yeah, Scarlet Monastery was definitely fun. Being the only clothy in the group meant cool hat for me. lol. Although getting bumrushed by the horde of Level 30's mooks after we took out the armory leader was kinda crazy. But all in all, a more than excellent way of spending a few hours. The only thing that woulda made it better was if we'd had some quests to go along with in there.

Sadly the Monastery is more for Horde quests. Great drops though.

Soon we'll have to start tackling Uldaman. Lots of quests there.

There are in fact only 2 quests for Aliiance in SM, and I think everyone there last night had already done one of them. I need a couple more shots through SM, at least the armory I need to nab myself a set of the shoulders and apparentlt there is a sweet shield to be had from that guy in the cathedral. I will be on around 10:30 oor 11 tonight thought if anyone is interested in another instance run.

A Big Thank-You to everyone who took me through .... that underwater adventure ... with Murlocs, Turtles and Crabs - Oh My!!!

What was that instance called anyway? I learned another hard lesson ... stay by your Wing Man at all costs!!!! Wandering from the
Party gets you ambushed and possibly dead - and - never leave your Wing Man, ever. Other than that I managed to not die to much.
Thanks Mike for giving up your spot ... great way to get back in after being off for 1 1/2 weeks.

Gonna try and be on again tonight ... sometime after 10:00 p.m. so I can hit level 20 finally!
See ya all there!

Stop monkeying around - thats my job!!!

That was likely Black Fathom Deeps.

Much questing was done last night as Rob, Mike, and I, with a cameo appearance by Suzanne, did some major thinning out of the ogre population, among other things.

Always good when you can knock out some quests as a group.

I went to finish those Ogres in the keep off myself. 4 on 1 sucks.

Got the job done though.

Hey all. I was thinking of doing a guild event this weekend to celebrate... uh... something....
Oh who am I kidding, I want to set off a bunch of fireworks and explosions, and have an audience to do it for. ^^ (You know me... love the sparklys!)

So I was thinking, we all head to Darnassus oh, say, either Saturday night or Sunday night around about 10:00pm, and I'll set up a beacon at some out of the way firework launching spot. And boom, ta-da. We have ourselves a fireworks show.

What do you all think? And I dont know if it should be Sat, or Sun.?
Vote on which night you can make it I guess...
I have no clue which day more people are usually on...?

(Oh and depending on my scouting out of the location, it might be changed to moonglade, but since it will be still the lunar festival, it should be easy for everyone to get there. Especially from darnassus. But it should end up being Darnassus, mostly cus harldy anyone will be there, so less lag than a place like stormwind city. Plus there are less buildings, more open space and skys to see fireworks in, and its prettyer too. But I might be biased about that, being a Nelf and all... ^^)

Mike, Iliara needs 40 gold for her mount. Those level 40 training costs are a bugger. Not to mention artisan herbalism.

Wait until you hit 60. 12 or so skills costing about 4 gold each... brutal.

I'll send you the cash later tonight.

I can see how 60 could be bad. Assuming our skills work something like getting new ranks every 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th level, 60 would get you new skills for everything except the 8th level group.

Okay, I went ahead and bought the thrid bank tab tonight. With the extra people around things were filling up fast.

From now on tab one is for weapons and armor. I've sorted it from left to right in Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate, Cloak, off Hand, and weapon categories for easier browsing. Try to keep them neat.

Tab 2 is for potions and other similar things, jewelry, and recipies.

And the 3rd tab is for all trade mats.

Enjoy.

Alts. Got one going?

If you do send Kenzie, Idzy, Suval, Bladefire, Azathan, or Aerick a whisper in game for an invite or one of their other characters.

If you're thinking of starting one the guild could use more Warlocks, Druids, and Warriors more or less in that order.

And don't forget, the guild is always looking for new friendly local players to add to the ranks.

I made a blood elf warlock on friday, does that count? While all of you were off pretending to be super heroes, I really was being a hero. Err, maybe I'm getting a touch too involved with this game. :P

Making other characters is good, but given that I don't have limitless amounts of time to play, I am devoting most of my time to Iliara. My troll shaman has definitely fallen by the wayside. I may end up with the itch to play Elgis again soon though.

A question while I think of it for our enchanters if they happen to read this. What can you do to add either spirit, spell damage, or int, in that order to items? What items can you add those stats to, how much can you add, and what do you need to do the enchants? None of my gear is currently enchanted right now, and I'm not sure I should get it enchanted. It seems that I get new stuff fairly often, it would kinda be a waste to enchant something then not use it.

http://www.wowenchant.com/wow-enchants.html

There's a list of all the possible enchants.

What any individual enchanter can do is based on the recipies they know and their skill.

At this point most of our enchanters are building their skill so it's worth taking whatever enchants they can do to up their skill, even if you'll likely replace your item in a level or two. Or even if the encahnt is one that doesn't particularily benefit your class.

Each enchant they do that ups their skill brings them closer to the biggies like....

Not to mention that it is way more useful to us all if we can enchant something for a guildie rather than simply reenchanting the same set of gloves, bracers or cloak over and over again.

Uggg, I know. I hate having to enchant the same thing over, and over, and over till I finally can get a new enchant, or I run out of mats. Thats why I try to enchant things in the guild bank because it has a slightly higher chance of being useful if someone actually decides to use that item. But many times I'll be sent some things to disenchant, and see that its one of the ones I enchanted a week ago. I wish there was a way to enchant peoples things when they were far away, offline, or through the AH. Would be nice.

Oh, and on Wow Insider, I saw this article about a new guild, and I kinda liked the idea they were going for. Casual Instance Raiding. I know lots of us are new to wow, and havent had a chance to do things like kill Onyxia, and when we get some more people above lvl 60, I think we should try that sort of thing with Old World content. It would be easyer that raiding new BC content cus these ones were all built for lvl 60's so we could probably do most of them with fewer people, and we wouldnt need the best gear possible. Which I think would be fun. Who doesnt want to go kill a big Dragon? Heres the link.
http://www.wowinsider.com/2008/02/19/15-minutes-of-fame-retro-raiders-stroll-through-old-content/

What do you think?
I think its a neat idea...

Paula.

Absolutely I'd like us to do more instances as a guild. There's a lot of places we still need to go. Plus they're just fun to do.

I'd like to get to the point where perhaps a couple nights a week are set aside for instancing or raiding.

There's still work to be done in the Scarlet Monestary. I don't know if Garret got the things for his alt yet in the deadmines.

We need to hit Scolomance and Stratholme with our high level types.

Not to mention Zul'Farrak and the Sunken Temple.

One of these days we will do Gnomer.....
