| well after the flurry of opening my 3 cases + 2 boosters today and the 2 from the prerelease and a few trades at the store my set is complete.
Highlights:
2 griffons
2 Blackguards
2 Dracoliches
2 sorceror on black + 2 promos means I need only 1 more for 1000 pt games
2 of all the huge uncommons except 4 spiders and 3 fire elementals
a stirge in every case
4 small fire elementals
Over all I am very happy with my pulls

| 11 people out for a Saturday Tournament, not too bad. Scott, Kevin, Bram, Jory, Richard, Garret, Chris L, Chris V, Nico, Rob, and Jay.
Richard was the big winner going 3-0, he played an Aspect of Tiamat band. That's 6 big Epic wins for him this week.

| Yeah mike's first sanctioned event went off solidly. 11 people were out on a saturday afternoon for the epic event.
I would just like to say that thanks to some good trades today i am finished my whole set. I still have a war weaver and a wizened elder watcher up for trade to get some older stuff.
Also i would like to add congradulations Jay for buying the first complete set off of scott even though it means i have to find a drizzt somewhere else again. | |

Tourney went well Saturday, Thanx again MJ. I opened 6 cases of minis for store stock, so we have a good assoetment down here. The Uncommons are going fast. Stirges are gone, so are a few others I think. The store is pretty chaotic (good? evil?) right now, but lawful-organized should return soon.
Wednesday - D&D RPG (FYI) 4th level characters, 32 point buy, and I may have more players than DMs, so any Volunteers are welcome!
Thursday - DDM Sealed box sanctioned game. Cost $39.98 + 13% tax (new and improved tax!)

I will be there for D&D on wednesday, for the characters are we using a standardized hp number too or should we just roll it?
I believe the normal for that is the max from the die - 2 so a fighter gets 10 to start + 8 per level. | |

Our game tomorrow is actually going to be a sealed event for 200 points. There were questions being asked about the HFS that now are redundant. We will be using WotDQ boosters, but your warbands will be 200 points.
I was reviewing the DCI application forms, and sealed/draft games are only available in 100 and 200 point games.
I did however email DCI to see if they were going to change this, or if we could run a 500 point game, and am awaiting their response. I'll keep y'all posted. | |

| DCI has our next two Limited events listed as Constructed events actually. So I think they're expecting them to be 100 or 200 point Constructed events.

Maybe I'm not getting something here. I gave a copy of these exact floor rules in my hand, current as of March 1st. I'm looking at the most current copy of the sanctioning request form. I do not see anywhere it saying Limited 500 points sealed being an option.
Unless a 500 point game goes reported as an Epic game, when in fact it is sealed. Please Clarify for me if you can. I have an email in to DCI and haven't heard back yet.
In anycase, tomorrows game has been submitted as 200 points sealed. I put this report in 3 months ago or more, and it just didn't occur to me then about it being 500 points sealed.
I suppose, if what I am getting from all this, is that we can run a sealed 500 point game and report it as an Epic constructed tournament. If that is the case, and that is proper procedure, then I can petition DCI to change the format for which this game is registered.
Does this make sense? Who wants it 500 points Epic and who wants it 200 points Limited Sealed?
