How well does the game play?

Well, it sounds interesting and fairly violent.

How well does it play? Are the figures made so they can be knocked over easily?

It looks amusing at least. The Emporer's power seems fairly unique. Has anyone tried playing with the big lizard or the AT-RT? I'm trying to figure out how you knock those over.

Not violent enough for me friend, not by a long shot. I still remember some of the toy robots with spring loaded missle launchers from the early 80's. They realy could pack a punch, the bruises you'd get from a point-blank shot could last for days....

A well placed shot or a melee person can tip a fella. Also when a person gets tipped over if his base is white(when they move a piece on the bottom changes from white to black) his team gets a special ability. They range from remove the piece that killed you(Yoda's effact) to someone on your team getting a free shot. It isn't bad my wife loves it and I hear children really like it.

if you like a simple game with spring loaded options tryIMEX ROBOGEAR

scale for attactix looks a lot bigger-like old action figure scale
i think it is only 1 mini per booster? can anyone confirm this?

The figures are 3 to a booster. The prices look reasonable too. The starter is $10 with four preset figures and 1 random (or semi random) figure. The boosters are $7 or $8 and have 3 figures in them.

I've played it...It is a fun little game, but it has a limited appeal overall. I'm just looking to keep a few pieces of my favorite characters for fun...No Major collecting here!
