| There are obviously many jedi who were never on the council (Aayla Secura and Luminara Unduli come to mind).
Here is the definitive list of every jedi who has been on the Jedi Council. There are 12 seats but there are some jedi who are replaced from Ep1 to Ep2 to the Clone Wars Cartoon (I do not know the council in Ep3).
Here are the eight Council members we have as miniatures already:
Yoda (Ep1 Ep2 CW)
Mace Windu (Ep1 Ep2 CW)
Saesee Tiin (Ep1 Ep2 CW)
Ki-Adi-Mundi (Ep1 Ep2 CW)
Plo Koon (Ep1 Ep2 CW)
Shaak Ti (Ep2 CW)
Kit Fisto (CW)
Obi-Wan Kenobi (CW)
Here are the eight Council members we do not have yet:
Even Piell - A short jedi. He looks human except he has droopy ears like Yoda and a scar over his left eye. He is in Ep1, Ep2 and Clone Wars.
Eeth Koth - He looks almost exactly like Agen Kolar. He was in Ep1 and the beginning of Ep2. Eeth and Agen were supposed to be the same jedi but the replacement actor used in the Battle of Geonosis and in Ep3 looked different enough from Eeth that he was given a new name.
Adi Gallia - Just repeat everything said above. Adi Gallia's replacement was Staas Ali. George would say they are the same jedi..just played by someone else. But the fans gave these 2 characters new names.
Oppo Rancisis - The old jedi with the long white beard. He has a snake's tail in place of legs. He had alot of dialog in the Clone Wars chapter 21. He was in Ep1, Ep2 and Clone Wars.
Depa Billaba - Human female jedi. She looks indian. She even has a gold bead between her eyes like a 3rd eye. She was in Ep1 and Ep2 only.
Yaddle - A female member of Yoda's species. She was only in Ep1.
Yarael Poof - The jedi with the long neck. He was only in Ep1.
Coleman Trebor - A dinosaur headed jedi. He was the one shot by Jango Fett on the arena balcony. He was only in Ep2.

| No I mean the guy Jedi Master who contacts Obi-One and requests evac from the combat. It was a dumpy looking guy over the holoveiwer.
