Well I guess there aren't any attacks to be replaced after the first barrage, right? So, double barrage that way isn't possible. I'm not sure isn't Sly Moore a fringe character that allows you to activate someone second time? If that's true, you could use double barrage in this way... Or if you mix factions and use sidious with Mara.

Blaster Barrage replaces Mara's attacks for the turn. You can't replace one attack of the barrage with a second barrage.

Sly Moore doesn't give another attack, she gives another turn. I'm pretty sure Mara can use her blaster barage again, and since it's another turn she could also use one of Palpy's force points for a re-roll on one of the attacks.[:0]
