If you buy a case you get 4 VR and a case is 12 boosters.
Yet if you buy single boosters off the shelf it seems like a VR is in 1 outta 10 boosters :( | |

| Not for me. I've mostly been trading to get my SW figs, so I haven't bought very many boosters, but I've pulled more VR than R so far.

| Picking the VRs from the shelves is all about luck. I just bought the last three RS boosters I found, and I scored a Jedi Luke... Not that I was overwhelmed by joy, but still I got a VR from 3 packs... not bad.
