1-The hit must be made to use Riposte.

2-You can only use force once per turn. Riposte only works for one character's attack, since you will never have more than one attacker a turn. Maybe you confused phase with turn?

Thanks, Yamoijin for the reply.

To answer your question, yes, you can have more than one attacker during a turn. For example, Anakin during his turn can move past more than one enemy(say, a couple of super battle droids while making his way towards Grievous) therefore provoking more than one attacks of opportunity.

From the example above, there is a possibility that Anakin can get hit by numerous attacks during a single turn.

Therefore if we are to follow the wordings used in Riposte ("When hit by a melee attack, this character can make an immediate attack against the attacker"), it follows that Anakin can make multiple attacks using one Riposte.

Is this correct? Or was there any errata on the matter?

No, it is not correct and there is no need for errata.
Anakin can only spend force once on his turn, so only one riposte- and note: "When hit by a melee attack" Riposte works against a single melee attack.
