 | | 11/02/2005 11:28 AM | Alert | Boiling, Straightening then freezing does work.
But it seems to be a temporary solution.
If you throw them all in a box they will just bend again.
If you display them they will start to droop if the temperature is warm.
But the mini isnt harmed in any way.

 | | 11/04/2005 2:11 AM | Alert | | Well you could take an unbent lightsaber from say one of the uncommon or common models. That would take some very tricky scalple work as well as liberal amount of glue. Maybe we should ask one of the Wiz'Os on the SWM board? | | Civilized men are more discourteous than savages because they know they can be impolite without having their skulls split, as a general thing. I wouldn't ask a WizO- that's not really their area and I can't think of one who is a modder. Instead, post on one of the multi Custom Mini threads, or even start a new one with they actual question in the subject line (I am so tired of "One Question..." or "I want to know" subject lines that force you read the message to know the actual subject.)
I really haven't had a problem though- When we have straightened sabers, they tend to stay straight... | | | |

 | | 11/10/2005 11:09 AM | Alert | | The secret seems to be heating the bent mini (or sabre) and then "over bending" it. (bending the mini more then just where you want it to be) Then cooling it. This seems to work. | | Cheers !! ----THOR (Atlanta GA) Kauke@Juno.com (E-Mail me for a current Trade List) www.maxminis.com/hwlist.asp?user=Thor
