I got my kid an x-wing fighter die cast titanium series x-wing, and heck, it looks pretty close to scale for miniatures, and it looks like you can even get a pilot in the cockpit if you cut off the base.

Here's the link. The reason I say it's to scale is because it looks about the same exact size as the x-winf in the cargo bay on the death star map. Either way it's pretty darn close and they have other ships too, however the Melinium falcon looks not to scale for minis.

Here's the link to see them:

I have the TIE fighter from that line(I think, though I got it over 9 years ago), and it looks slightly too small,(there was a pilot inside, and it looked smaller than the 25mm scale of SW and D&D miniatures

ok, I just checked the SW RPG Core rulebook, and a TIE should be Huge and an X-Wing should be gargantuan.
Using the same scale as the AT-AT, which is about 1in:1.54m(mini:listed size in SW Core Rulebook) it should be about 8-9 squares long in the same scale, while the TIE should be 4(it is about 3), so it is a really close scale

Okay, so for the Titanium line:

In Scale:
X Wing
TIE Fighter

Not in Scale:
Swamp Speeder (too small. Might be good for 20mm)
AT-RT (too big. Between an AT-RT and AT-ST [:0] )

Another line to check out is the Micro line, which I believe is the Target exclusive, as the Titanium line is the Walmart exclusive. The Micro is plastic, and the figures are way too small by far but:

Micro (In Scale)
BARC Speeder (Same size as SWM BARC)
AT-RT (a little bigger than SWM, but not obtrusivly so)

Also, the old Action Fleet Battle Pack speeders are the same size as the SMW speeders (and have the advantage that you can switch the rider)

You know what, this comes up often enough that I think I will put this in a seperate thread where we can track of In Scale / Out of Scale)
