I know how to play and all but what figs should i hope to get or look forwards to getting and worst of all who to fear to getting (i already kno dr. evazan and ponda suck). I know luke and vader are who shine and i really want an AT-ST since the movies.

Well, if you are just looking for "power pieces", besides Vader and the AT-ST:
UH03 Elite Clone Trooper (U)
One of those HTF Uncommons that everybody seems to want. An improved clone.
UH08 Hailfire Droid (Huge, U)
Very playable for the Seppies. And with the new DCI placement rules, Huges are at less of a disadvantage.
UH12 Abyssin Black Sun Thug (C)
Cheap ranged stealther. Essential for "Nom Bomb" squads.
UH13 Acklay (Huge, U)
I loved this sculpt. Plan on using them for a Bug Hunt game and in D&D
UH21 Lando Calrissian, Hero of Taanab (R)
Great playable Fringe figure, awesome CE (gives Mobile Attack)
UH22 Lobot (R)
Brings Fringe Reinforments, locks doors. Very useful Metagame figure.
UH31 Vornskr (C)
Useful in Nom Bomb squad, good Jedi counter piece.
UH32 X-1 Viper Droid (Huge, U)
GREAT fringe piece. Even better in a Seppie squad, as they have the droid synergy.
UH36 Dark Trooper Phase III (U)
Nice flexible piece for Imps.
UH38 Grand Admiral Thrawn (VR)
If you play Imperial, get Thrawn! So very, very useful. Allows you to control the pace of the game, limit force users and move figures around.
UH39 Nightsister Sith Witch (U)
Very powerful, particularly when combine with RS Palpatine. Force Lightning is such a cheap figure is dangerous.
UH45 Chewbacca, Rebel Hero (R)
The Wook does it all, including 120HP meatshield
UH47 Han Solo, Rebel Hero (R)
Accurate shooter that gives followers Advantageous Attack. Han is da Man!
UH57 Nom Anor (R)
When you have a whole type of squad named after you, you know you are doing something right. Makes figures with stealth deadly. | | | |

UH04 Flash Speeder (Huge U)
Very overcosted.
UH09 Nute Gunray (R)
He makes your squad worse... useless they are all droids. An interesting idea but he never makes any of my Sep squads.
UH49 Nien Nunb (R)
No special abilities, which has caused way too many "Make Nien a pilot" threads on WotC

We mainly collect for RPG (D&D and SW) use but my cousin got the Maul on speeder so i want to match his rare, heh. One question, are you supposed to get the 2 exclusive figs and a rare, 2 UC's and 3 C's. Bc if you are my pack was screwed up and i got 2 UC's and 4 C's. Hopefully it wasnt wrong. | |

No, the only "rares" in the starters are the exclusive figures.
Vader, Dark Jedi is a fun figure, particularly if you run him with a few stormtroopers. And since you already want Vader, Jedi Hunter & AT-ST, Empire is a good faction to focus on.

Oh and one last question: Can you only get rebel luke and Darth Vader Dark Lord in the Starter? thx again for all your help mord. | |

Yep, which is why they are exclusive [)]
Same with all the SWM sets. The "rares" that are in the starter can only be found in the starter. | | | |

I disagree about this! More than a favorite character to me in the movies, Nute gunray is an excellent piece if you are playing a separatist warband.
- He brings 20 points that are 5 battle droids that you could use as cover for your other characters without giving up point to the adversary.
- If you are lucky enough to roll a 1 for initiative, you get 20 points to put 2 Super battle droids, or a stap for fast combat.
- His CFX Sucks, really, but if you are a master in droids you don´t suffer it.
I like the dinamic and i made great things with him, i want wat tambor to mix with it. | |
