Anakin: RotS Jedi Knight. Right before he turns... [B)]
Dooku: Darth Tyranus. I can't forgive the blue foam finger on the CS. [V]
Grievous: Jedi Hunter version. His four arms were cool... while they lasted. [)]
Han Solo: RS smuggler version. Han da Man! [:D]
Lando: RS cloud city version. Ole Colt 45 is his classic duds. ΖD]
Leia: RS Senator Leia. Oh, those white robes! [:I]
Luke: RS Luke, Jedi Knight. Classic pose. [^]
Mace: CS version. His arms are outstretched like he is pretending to be an airplane while R2 tows him. [:o)]
Obiwan: RotS Jedi Master. Seeing Obiwan in his prime has given me new respect. [:0]
Palpatine: RS Emperor. Classic pose, cool lightning. Ζ)]
Vader: If pushed, I would say Dark Jedi. But I much prefer my mod that adds a lightsaber and a choking rebel. [}:)]

Umass Amherst Baby!

Here are my preferences.

Anakin - Rots, the sculpt of him still as a Jedi Knight
Dooku - Clone Strike, I don't mind the Foam finger. Sith are #1!
Grievous - Rots, the one that comes in the starter. Grevious looks cooler with his cloak.
Han Solo - Universe, I'm just kinda partial to the Endor versions of Han and Leia
Lando - RS, the cloud city Colt 45 version does look better
Leia - Universe, They just look cute together with matching duds
Luke - Universe, JK Luke is cool looking but he doesn't have a Tauntaun.
Obiwan - Rots, Untill they do a clear force ghost version I'm sticking with the Starter Ben.
Palpatine - CS, Darth Sidious is my favorite of the three palps. The RS just seems to busy looking, the Rots too happy. [)]
Vader - Universe, Jedi Hunter is my favorite of the Vader sculpts thus far. The Vader from rs starter comes in a close second.
Fett - RS, I have to go with the original Jett pack blasting Boba

Civilized men are more discourteous than savages because they know they can be impolite without having their skulls split, as a general thing.

Anakin: RotS, Sith Apprentice version... looks the best, full stop.
Dooku: Foam-finger CS version. Actually... I kinda like the bluish stuff.
Grievous: RotS starter version (lightsabre + cape= good looks).
Han Solo: Universe one. Dynamic pose. Cool paint job. Like it.
Lando: I need a new one... hate both sculpts.
Leia: Universe. In the "rest is worse" sense. The Senator mini is good, but sloppily painted (small-white-dragon syndrom). The NekidSlave sculpt is a bit ugly, coming with extra-fat thighs and pole-dancing pose.
Luke: RS Luke, Jedi Knight, except that mine has Bad Eye Syndrome...(bad paint job). The Taun-Taun one is even better, except he is too small when compared to other minis.
Mace: I would like to own one... just one... Any one.
Obiwan: RotS one is best. But I'd like to get a Pada-Wan Kenobi, too.
Palpatine: RotS lightsabre-wielding, face-decaying Palps rocks.
Vader: Well, the RS starter one is the best. The sabre ones all seem to lack something (Disco Vader in RS, "Run, Vader, Run" in RotS and "Production figures are down by 15%" in Universe).
Maul: well, both sculpts are just plain great. No way I can choose one over the other.
R2-D2: the first and only R2 is in RS. The farting one can stay home.
Boba Fett: well, we only have one, haven't we? That kid thing is just another character.
Agen Kolar: Yes. We have two of him. Very Important, he is. The CS pose is much better, the RotS one looks like saying "stop right there, my lightsabre is stuck in the wall".
Chewie: if I need to pick one, it'll be the Universe one, but they look all alike (they look good, but... hey, it's the same furry thing all over again, you see).

For what it's worth...

Cheers
Al.

Oh, and Yoda, well... same comment as for Chewie. Though I don't own the RotS one, so I'll pick the CS one.

Cheers
Al.
