None of those have been released or mentioned for the upcoming sets so far, but are likely to be made sooner than later.
I do have a custom Karde figure (we use the Black Sun Vigo stats) and a C'Boath that a made for me (haven't picked stats for him).

Those characters are not still in game, and by their nature i guess they will come in Bounty hunters Set. maybe Jorus could come as surprise in COTF. | |

Friend named Vern did it for me as a surprise gift. I have cool friends that way. [:D]
I give them discounts on game stuffs and provide transportation, they make figures they think I would like, DVDs I might want to watch etc. Really great at figure trading time- If someone has extra, it is given to someone who didn't pull it.
