| | 02/19/2006 1:16 AM | Alert | They actually Don't say anywhere in the books, and last i knew only one was offical, the rest weren't offical.
The RS Maps most people i play with us the default D&D version of one of the four corners for the start points on the Mos Eisley on Tat map. The Cloud city, we treat like the Death Star Map and the shuttle is one, and the two corners on the other end are the other.
The Clone Strike: I assume when you say Nightculb you mean Coruscant Map, again we use the 4 corners. And by Arena Pit you mean Geonosis Map (talking the names from the UM book), we go by entry on the short side on ground level, and the corner on the other side.
Out of the UM:RotS the Chancellor's Ship (what you are calling the Throne Room) was officail for the Ultimate Realease Tourney and they used the Air lock and Blast Doors. The Plaeau map i have no idea what that is. For the Mustafar we did the two corners on the side that is not truncated, and the one full corner on the other.
AoE is going to be Huge friendly, therefore more 200 pt usage hoepfully.
the Organized aspects of the SW minis is far behind D&D becuase of LFL.

According to the current DCI Rules, yes. Expect that to change after the Attack on Endor release.

According to the DCI Floor Rules: "In sanctioned tournament play, the starting area for all maps is within 4 squares of the short map edges." This is under section 615 in the Star Wars Tournament Rules dated 12/15/05. Text Version Yep, they left that line out of the Word and PDF versions and despite repeated requests haven't updated them.
