| | Does anyone else think that the viper droid combined with a battle droid offeicer and supperbattle droid commander is the best combo at the moment? Combined both commander effects give the viper +16/+16(30) if it doesnt move. Its great! | |

No.
X-1 Viper Droid
Battle Droid Officer
Super Battle Droid Commander
and Grevious, Supreme Commander is the new "best" combo.
That way you have +20 30 damage shots [)]

I disagree, think adding Grievous is overkill, for his cost, you can almost fit another Viper droid in. +16 to attack, I feel is good enough to hit most of the time to not warrant the additional +4 to attack. | |

I disagree, think adding Grievous is overkill, for his cost, you can almost fit another Viper droid in. +16 to attack, I feel is good enough to hit most of the time to not warrant the additional +4 to attack.
Well remember that all depends on what strategy you want, if you are facing high defense enemies (like Vader JH)maybe you need a better attack put grievious that could defend well the nearby position, if you need more fire power use an aditional viper droid. | |

Ive beaten Vader JH, Thrawn squads, Rebels, etc with my 200 ponits sepie squad. If run well, and barring total crap rolls I think its hard to beat. THe only time I have lost with it was to a Nom Vong squad, cause it was non-DCI and I got Vipers stuck in rooms at the start and couldnt move out. | |

We play DCI sanctioned events for the most part, so at 200 ponits that leaves us only 1 map. I am looking forward to the new maps being DCI legal though.
