I know there is a post similar to this in the crafts corner section, but i'll just repeat it anyway.

From my champions of the force booster i pulled a General Windu, but there is loads of brown baint on the lighsabre! How would i remove this?I tried scraping it off but that just bent the sabre. Please can someone help me!

Every method of stripping paint from SW minis has failed, even the touted Simple Green. Probably your best bet is lying the lightsaber as flat as possible on your table and scraping it with the dull side of an exacto. That is unless you want to just paint the saber which does not look too bad.

I used paint thinner - testor model thinner. It took all the paint of Obi-wan's face. You have to put it on agressively-wipe it right away but watch out! It can muddy other bits of colour around it. As the lightsaber is not painted - it should be okay.

I would strongly suggest e-mailing and asking WotC customer service. They may offer to take your mini and replace it with one that doesnt have paint all over the clear plastic.

I would not recommend that on a plastic mini, especially a thin part like a saber. If you do give it a try, dab some on the bottom of the base first to see if it melts.
